isnt it ironic

It was brought to my attention that the title of my blog "roxys crazy life" is completely misleading. LOL. My life is really boring, and thats how I like it. I like just playing all day with my little guy and watching tv before I go to bed. I have some good friends, and go out once in a while, but now my life consists of playgroup, swim lessons, pooh and snots. Wouldnt change it...well i could do with less snots LOL.

Logan is sick...again. This is a constant cycle at this daycare. He may or may not have had pink eye again, and has a bad cough. He was coughing all night. Poor guy.

My hands...

Logan is so funny, so silly and so smart. He moves my hands where he wants them. If there is a toy out of reach he pulls my hand to get it. If he is cuddling and wants me to draw circles on his hand he pulls it there. Then he will pull it to his head so I will stroke his cheek and he will go to sleep. If he wants the babygate open he puts my hand on the handle. If he is hungry he puts my hand on the refrigerator. My hand is an extension of his hand. Someday he will have bigger hands then me, until then he can get by with mine :)

Mamas Day weekend

What a weekend. First off being a mom is the best thing in the whole world- I love it. Mothers day means a whole lot to me. Friday we went straight to PC and I went to visit one of my best friends in the hospital. Saturday Logan and I went to visit her again, and then came home for a lobster mothers day lunch. But by this time Logan had a full out cough and runny nose. Then when we went to a bday party at 4 he was so tired we left soon after. He always sleeps when he is sick so I knew a bad sign. Then his eye started to goop - this is the start of pink eye. We went to visit his grammy and nanny on Jeff's side and he was feeling better but very sooky. Jeffs mom suggested he has a hip problem and is walking odd, but i think he is walking great. Sure with sneakers he isn't as great and he is a late bloomer but he is doing great! Finally we had a family BBQ that was crashed by my uncles family (but there was enough food).

When I got home Jeff had hid a card and a new purse for mamas day. He got logan to put his fingerprint on there too - so cute. Couple this with the card my mom and logan made and this was another wonderful mamas day.

DQ

Today was a pretty good day except tonight when I went to the DQ and they didnt know about the new blizzard of the month- Chocolate german brownie. It sounded so good- coconut, brownie, peacans, carmel - mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. So I wrote an email to the company to see what is up with that. How dissapointing!

Logan is doing really good. He is walking around everywhere now. Tomorrow we are going for a walk (not a jog) so we will see if he tries to escape the stroller LOL. Love this kiddo!

Bad Mama moment

I zipped up Logans jacket and his little neck chub got cought in it. Mama felt HORRIBLE - poor little guy. I will never make that mistake again. He got over it quicker then I did.
